1PHDream Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

To register and use 1phdream, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a1phdream employee.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 1phdream or any affiliated platform.

1phdream reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and witholding of funds pending investigation.

Each eligible person may register only one account 1phdream. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under a different name, email address, or mobile number — are prohibited. Where duplicates are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending review.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 1phdream will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. You are required to notify 1phdream promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs — UMID, passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, PRC ID, or voter's ID. KYC verification must be completed in your own name. The name on your ID must match the name on your registered payment accounts.

1phdream accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay and PESONet, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method, starting from₱100 for most e-wallet channels. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for e-walets and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier and the payment method used.

All withdrawals must be sent to a payment account registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.1phdream reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests or transactions that appear inconsistent with your typical account activity.

1phdream does not charge platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals for most channels. Some payment providers may charge their own transaction fees independent of 1phdream. Any applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

In cases of suspected fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activity, 1phdream is required to delay, withold, or reverse transactions while the matter is investigated. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary action.

All promotional offers available at 1phdream are subject to specific terms stated within each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms take precedence over any general bonus statements made in advertising or marketing materials.

Wagering requirements indicate the total amount you must bet using bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable as cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means ₱20,000 in total wagers must be placed before the bonus balance converts. Game contribution rates vary — slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Real money is used first when placing bets.
• Only one deposit-match bonus may be active at a time unless promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Bets placed with real money do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• 1phdream reserves the right to void bonuses and related winings if abuse is detected.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, or systematically low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.

All games on 1phdream use certified random number generators or live streams from regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying game mechanics and, in the case of sports betting, by the official result of the event.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, bets that were fully placed before the interruption will be settled based on the system records at the time of disconnection. 1phdream is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.

For sports betting, results are settled based on official results declared by the relevant governing body — for PBA games, the Philippine Basketball Association; for UAP events, the University Athletic Association of the Philippines; and so on. If an event is postponed or cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned.

1phdream reserves the right to void any bet placed due to an obvious error in odds, lines, or game information. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1phdream and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds or game calculations.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal activities.
• Registering accounts on behalf of minors.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity.
• Making chargebacks on deposits already used for gaming.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1phdream staff or other players.

1phdream collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with regulatory obligations. For full details, refer to the Privacy Policy.

1phdream is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players have access to the following tools within their account settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps that you control.
• Session reminders — notifications that alert you after a set play duration.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent account closure if you need a break.
• Cooling-off period — a 24-hour minimum delay before any deposit limit increase takes effect.

1phdream provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for losses arising from:

• Scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Third-party service failures including payment provider outages.
• Network interruptions or connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Force majeure events outside of 1phdream's reasonable control.

In no event shall 1phdream's total liability to any player exceed the amount of the player's real-money balance at the time the claim arises, excluding any bonus funds.

You may close your 1phdream account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard processing times.

1phdream may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you are found to be in breach of any provision of these terms, if required by a regulatory authority, or if continued operation of your account poses a legal or financial risk to the platform or other players.

In cases of termination due to a breach, 1phdream reserves the right to withold any bonus funds and winings derived from bonus play. Deposits of real money are returned after the investigation period unless implicated in the breach.

1phdream reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified at least 7 days in advance via the email address on their account or through an on-site notification.

Continued use of the 1phdream platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 1phdream that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

1phdream operates under a valid gaming licence issued by the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. All operations are conducted in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
